Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While there were definitely some positives, such as friendly staff and spacious rooms, I did encounter a few issues that prevented it from being an outstanding experience. The location was decent since it was close to the airport, but the overall dining experience left much to be desired, and housekeeping could use some improvement.
During my stay, I found the hotel to have a warm and inviting atmosphere thanks to the lovely staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I was disappointed by the limited breakfast options. The location felt a bit out of the way, which was a little inconvenient, and some facilities could use improvements.
I had a wonderful stay at the Chaya Resort, positioned perfectly between the old town and Doi Suthep, making it easy to explore both. The attention from our hostess, Fern, was exceptional, elevating our experience significantly. While the hotel wasn't a 5-star resort, the service, room quality, and delicious food provided great value for money. However, the noise from the pool area at night can be disruptive, and the location, while convenient, lacks direct access to main transport links.
The Chaya Resort was a delightful surprise during our honeymoon, combining an old-school Thai architectural vibe with modern comforts. While the pool access rooms are a fantastic choice, we did face some minor issues with bugs and slow Wi-Fi. The staff, particularly Fern, provided exceptional service and helped us navigate the area easily. Overall, it offers great value for the price, making it a lovely option for travelers.
I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The peaceful atmosphere and the stunning pool area made it a perfect getaway. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, making me wish I could have stayed longer. While the dining experience was good, there could be improvements in the breakfast variety. Overall, it's a fantastic value for money, especially with the tours and excursions I booked through the hotel.
